A Different Light

The Form

Can you spell out your identity for me in fifteen words or less your disability
Confine yourself to a brief description creativity doesn’t count

Just put in your
Race gender address social security number state you were born in state you live in state you might die in your
Function level cognitive ability physical reliability oh wait
Do not exceed the fifteen word limit or I’ll have to revoke your form

I’m watching you. You’re the type to disrespect authority and use 18 words
Aren’t you

Have you waited in line in vain

You don’t know who you are do you and you resent having to write down the information I ask from you because you’re trying t o figure that out
On my time

Forget it
Go to the back of the line.
